Perceptions

Documentary short film - 20’35

Nominated at the Ahmedabad International Film Festival (2026)

“Perceptions” is a short film that explores our relationship with reality through a sensory and poetic approach. The film takes as its starting point images captured during travels, which become the raw material for a universal reflection on human perception.

Ten people from diverse backgrounds share their feelings, answering questions that deepen our contemplation of the filmed landscapes. The film unfolds in three acts, exploring in turn sensory perception, inner life, and sources of joy.

Through this structure, the film weaves a dialogue between image and word, between the personal and the universal. Far from being a mere testimony, it offers an immersive experience that invites us to slow down and pay attention to our surroundings.

This work embodies my desire to create pieces in which the beauty of the world is revealed through the diversity of perspectives.
